STAINMASTER®

What is it?
Carpet manufactured to specific standards using DuPont type 6.6 nylon fiber with a unique molecular structure for superior resistance to abrasive wear, matting and crushing verses fibers made from polyester or polypropylene. STAINMASTER® is the only carpet with the Advanced Teflon® repel system, designed to protect it from soil and stains. Every STAINMASTER® carpet contains unique fibers filled with a special carbon compound to control static shock for the life of the carpet. STAINMASTER® carpets can be found in a vast array of styles and grades to meeting the decorating needs of every discerning consumer.

FiberLoc™

What is it?
FiberLoc is specially engineered DuPont carpet fiber found in many DuPont STAINMASTER® carpets. FiberLoc™ fibers have the unique ability to lock themselves together when twisted into a carpet tuft allowing the tuft to keep its original shape longer. This prevents texture loss which allows the carpet to keep its original appearance for years.
